Marion Zimmer Bradley’s The Firebrand?
In comparison to Mists of Avalon, is the Firebrand as worthwhile a read? I keep picking it up and thinking about reading it, but wonder if anything she wrote could possibly be as good as Mists. I’m also a fan of Homer’s Iliad and Odyssey, and worried that I might be disappointed by yet another cruddy retelling.
They are both brilliant but totally different novels, if you loved mists have you read the other books in that series one was called The Forest House but i cant remember the other one if you go into a good bookstore they will be able to tell you.
